He has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients in complex transactions across multiple sectors in Indonesia. In his M&A practice, Debu handles diverse domestic and international transactions, including property acquisitions, corporate financing, due diligence, and share acquisitions across industries such as plantations, shipping, hospitality, and fisheries.

Debu has extensive experience advising on the development and construction of infrastructure projects, including mini hydro power plants, where he has provided guidance on the preparation of EPC contracts and electro-mechanical and civil construction agreements. He also has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the insurance sector, advising on the potential acquisition of general insurance businesses and navigating the regulatory and financial complexities involved in such transactions. 

He also represented one of the Indonesian fintech unicorns in its various corporate transactions and operational advice, assisted various venture capital firms to take part in the series B financing of Indonesian start-up companies, and represented one of the emerging offshore telemedicine companies on its expansion to Indonesia.
