On 4 June 2026, our Alwin and Bunga had the privilege of mentoring 10 cohorts participating in Infinity Accelerator 2026: IP as an Asset Class Edition.

During the session, we shared practical insights on the legal and compliance considerations for building and scaling ventures in Indonesia, covering corporate structures, investment and fundraising frameworks, commercial contracts, intellectual property protection, and the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets.

As the program explores the future of Intellectual Property as a programmable and investable asset class, it was encouraging to engage with founders and innovators working at the intersection of technology, finance, and the creative economy. We hope the discussion provided a strong legal foundation for participants as they continue developing solutions that are both innovative and compliant.
