Our Bagus was invited as a speaker at the Acicis Seminar, delivering a session on “Developments and Issues Relating to International Business Law in Indonesia” to a group of Australian student participants of the Acicis program.

During the seminar, Bagus presented how foreign businesses operate in Indonesia, including key regulatory frameworks, capital requirements, types of business entities, and the country’s evolving licensing system.
