Bagus Enrico & Partners had the pleasure of hosting members of the Project Management Business (“PMB”) Community Indonesia at our newly opened Nusantara Room for a strategic knowledge-sharing session exploring the intersection of legal governance, commercial strategy and effective project execution.

The session featured valuable insights from Ery Prasetyawan, President of PMB, and Erdith Irawan Arifianto, General Secretary of PMB, and opened with an introduction by Jonathan Cheong who provided an overview of the Firm. Discussions explored the challenges and considerations involved in managing complex projects across diverse business sectors, highlighting the importance of strategic alignment, effective governance, proactive risk management and sound decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
