On March 18, 2025, our firm held a talk show titled “Fenomena Kerugian BUMN Pasca Revisi UU BUMN: Mewujudkan Peran BUMN yang Lebih Optimal” in collaboration with Tirtamas Mandiri Indonesia.

Changes are bound to occur as the new Presidential administration takes shape. Indonesia’s state-owned enterprises must grapple with new regulations while still balancing operations and avoiding losses.
